Working together
After a brief mutual interview to explore whether what I offer is a good fit for your needs, we’ll do an extensive assessment of key areas of your relational life, present and past.

My role is to be an ally to positive change and to help all parties reach agreed-upon goals for the process. This typically involves working with multiple people in the room as well as one-on-one.

My approach is kind, curious, and playful, rooted in the body and the grounding of the Earth. I hold space for the voices and agency of all involved, inviting hopeful curiosity and utilizing existing strengths—a space where each person can explore, discover, and express their wants and needs with a sense of being heard and empowered.

Our bodies hold and communicate wisdom which takes practice to understand and respond to. Play, movement, and storymaking can offer access to new patterns and insights. We may use techniques like roleplay, relationship mapping, sand tray work, internal family systems (IFS) therapy, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).
